Moss thrives in damp, shaded, acidic lawns.  Excess thatch acts like a sponge, choking the grass and holding onto excess moisture, providing an ideal breeding ground for Moss.

Scarification helps to reduce the thatch build up.  Our Winter Treatment contains a micro nutrient feed and Moss Control.  Other factors to consider in the battle against moss are shade, height of cut and Aeration.
